Mechanics Direct started out exclusively providing maintenance, service, and repair for Honda & Acura vehicles back in 1996.

From the time we opened our doors, our customers loved our work, attention to detail, and the priority service they received-so much that they kept requesting that we work on all the other family cars they owned. As a service to our wonderfully loyal customers, we started servicing all of their Toyota & Lexus vehicles as well.

As you may have guessed, with the crazy winters we have in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, so many of our customers owned the all-wheel-drive Subarus to get around; then we also started to specialize in Subaru service.

Fast forward to 2009-in an effort to keep up with the demand, we expanded to double the size of our shop and we were now able to not only service all of the Acura, Honda, Toyota, Lexus and Subaru cars that our loyal customers owned, but ALL of the other Make & Model vehicles that our customers wanted us to work on as well.

After conferring with State and local officials and based on the relatively small number of personal interactions involved in our daily operation we have decided to continue to function and will be open regular hours. We have taken aggressive measures to sanitize surfaces that are prone to human touch and will do so on a continuing basis.
