However, there is more to it than what meets the eye. In fact, this Herbie was one of the two surviving cars from shooting all the scenes. This movie, a box office success, chronicles the union of a girl with a broken-down car and their unlikely domination at the racetrack.

Before reaching our auto repair shop in Lowell, this Herbie car was restored in Hollywood with a rebuilt engine and beefed-up suspension.
